A Jobs Indicator to Watch

From the Wall Street Journal: The job market's improvement in 2014 has been a welcome development, but we are still a long way from the ideal: a market in which anyone who wants to work can quickly find a job and anyone who wants to hire can, for the right price, find a willing employee. One troubling aspect of the job-market recovery is that labor force participation fell continuously from 2008 to 2013, even when total employment was on the rebound.
