The Rochester Post-Bulletin says: There was little doubt that the troubled rollout of Minnesota's health insurance exchange would be a campaign issue this fall. Using footage of Mark Dayton saying MNsure's debut was going "phenomenally well," the Minnesota Jobs Coalition started running television ads last week intending to embarrass the governor. ... It makes the timing of last week's report by University of Minnesota researchers especially sweet for Dayton and the MNsure staff. The State Health Access Data Assistance Center found historic gains have been made in extending coverage to uninsured Minnesotans since MNsure went online.
