While more people used to expect a pension and a reliable retirement date, the shift toward employee responsibility in retirement savings has caused challenges for both employees and employers. Considering the massive changes in the retirement landscape and in the definition of retirement itself, employers have a lot to reconsider in how they go about preparing employees for retirement.
